Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, heating throughout the boat, private TV, video on demand, and a dedicated workspace. The entrance is step-free and the location is ideal, close to public transport. To ensure you have a wonderful stay, we provide everything you need for breakfast (coffee, tea, orange juice, homemade jam). Step out onto your private, uncovered terrace to admire views of the castle overlooking Sablé-sur-Sarthe’s harbor. An outdoor shower is available, and the houseboat is moored on a private, secure pontoon. Parking is available on site in a shared garage as well as on the street. This accommodation is for adults only and events are not permitted. Experience a romantic getaway on the Sarthe River at Sablé-sur-Sarthe’s marina. The town center is within walking distance, giving you easy access to local shops and restaurants. From April, a cruise is available for an extra charge. The trip lasts about 1.5 hours and offers a relaxing, timeless experience.
